The sky is the limit on this once-in-a-lifetime Zipline Adventure! Located in the lush gardens of Maui Tropical Plantation, this attraction provides you with an opportunity to learn about the fascinating nature of Hawaii as you are zipping over fields of pineapple, coffee, plumerias, and other exotic plants. With panoramic ocean and mountain views surrounding you, fly from one tower to the next on a series of 5 zip lines, and take in the breathtaking scenery from our observation desks.

After being outfitted with the latest ziplining equipment including, safety helmet, harness and trolley, your Maui Zipline adventure will begin with a brief scenic walk on a well maintained trail where you can enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Maui Tropical Plantation.

On the first line, you really get to experience the thrill of our adventure starting with stepping off a 50 foot tall tower. As all of our Ziplines are side-by-side, you will be able to share the experience with your family or friend as you zip next to them. After your first exhilarating ride, you will land on a tower overlooking a taro plantation,

as well as fields of sugar cane and plumerias. You might even spot a whale on the waters of Ma’alaea Bay while you get ready for your next zip.

The next two lines allow you to become more comfortable on the ziplines and prepare you for the Big Kahuna zip. You are now ready to zip away towards our banana tree area on the longest line of 950 feet. Your exotic adventure will end at our tree house after your exciting flight through giant swaying palms, over a tropical lagoon, and finally landing at our treehouse that overlooks the lagoon.

Maui Zipline Company is Maui’s newest and most family friendly zipline course! With five side-by-side ziplines, ranging in length from

triple berry pie

Serves 10

ingredients (crust):
12 oz	All-Purpose Flour	1/4 cup	Sour Cream
1 pinch	Salt	1/2 cup	Ice Water
3 oz	Unsalted Butter	1	Raw Egg, scrambled
3 oz	All-Purpose Shortening	3 packets	Sugar in the Raw
method:
Gently rub flour with salt, butter and shortening together. Add sour cream and ice water, gently knead until all ingredients are folded into the dough without over mixing. Place in a bowl, cover dough with a moist towel or plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
ingredients (filling):
12 oz	Blueberries	1/4 cup	Granulated Tapioca
12 oz	Raspberries	1/4 cup	Granulated Sugar
12 oz	Crème de Cassis liquor
method:
Mix all ingredients together. Line a 9” pie pan, sprayed with vegetable pan coating spray, with approximately half of the prepared dough, rolled out to approximately 1/8 inch thick, add berry mixture, cover with remaining dough. Cut a 3/4 inch hole into the middle to allow steam from berry mixture to escape while baking. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with raw brown sugar. Bake at 375° F with fan on for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350° F and bake until berry mixture starts bubbling, approximately 40 minutes. Cool and store in refrigerator until served. Garnish with vanilla flavored whipped cream, fresh seasonal berries, raspberry sauce and vanilla ice cream if desired.
