Trilogy Excursions is Maui’s oldest and most reputable sail-boat company, established in 1973 by the Coon Family. It’s no wonder that Trilogy remains the leader in its industry, having been voted the #1 Activity to do on Maui by “msn. com” and the #1 sea activity by “The Best of Maui”! Offering unparalleled ocean adventures and island hospitality, Tril-ogy’s quality of service brings guests back year after year.
Trilogy offers a variety of fantastic daily excursions. Our vessels operate from Ka‘anapali, Lahaina, Ma‘alaea and Manele (on the island of Lana‘i) Harbors. Our destinations include: The Marine Preserves of Molokini, Honolua bay, and Hulopo’e Bay on the Private Island of Lana‘i. What’s unique to Trilogy is our exclusive permission to enter the Hulopo’e Beach Park and Marine Preserve
on the Private Island of Lana‘i—we are the only boat company with this privilege. We also have sunset sails, whale watching, adventure rafting, SCUBA, and land tours of Lana‘i (both Jeep and escorted van tours). Trilogy’s exclusive Hale O Manele Pavilion on the grounds of the newly renovated Manele Boat Harbor is also available for wedding functions, dinner parties or themed events.
Trilogy is also known for their environmental stewardship, being the first boat company to go green by “pumping not dumping”. Trilogy facilitates bi-annual community reef cleanups and was awarded the very prestigious “Living Reef Award” in 2008. We are the only boating company to ever
receive such an award. In the words of Captain Coon, “Preserving Hawaii’s natural beauty in and out of the ocean is a passion and top priority for the employees of Trilogy. It is in preserving that we can then share this beauty to the many guest-visitors that we host everyday”.
ook seafood in shrimp stock (or fish stock) until just barely cooked through. Reserve and cool. When the seafood is cooled
chop to a small dice size. Chop cilantro. Mix all ingredients together. Line up gyoza wrappers and paint egg wash on outside lip of half of the wrapper. Place small amount of seafood mixture in a wrapper and fold over making a tight seal. To cook heat non-stick pan and place a small amount of oil. Cook until golden brown on one side and repeat on the other side.
Incorporate all ingredients together and stir until smooth.

To volunteer, call Pacific Whale Foundation at (808) 249-8811 ext. 1.
This free event is Haiku’s largest celebration and fundraiser of the year. Every year we have popular attractions where the community as well as visitors can enjoy live entertainment, great food, the PTA’s farmer’s market and a variety of local grown plants for sale. There is a free lei & floral design contest, “Made on Maui” arts & crafts, a huge silent auction, the Haiku historical display, plus kids’ games galore! Call (808) 575-3004 for more information.
